Ceibo es uno de los vinos que Xurxo Alba elabora fuera de su bodega Albamar en las Rías Baixas, en este caso en Valdeorras.
Vino blanco 100% Godello procedente de un único viñedo plantado en espaldera a una altitud de 500 metros sobre el nivel del mar, sobre suelos de pizarra. Fermenta con levaduras autóctonas y posterior crianza de 2/3 del vino en barricas de roble francés y 1/3 en depósito de acero inox durante 8 meses con sus lías finas.

The warmer and drier 2022 Ceibo was produced with the juice from destemmed grapes (they don't want to lose any acidity and even less in a warmer year like this); it finished fermenting slowly in two 2,500-liter oak foudres; it did not go through malolactic; and it was kept with fine lees that were not stirred for seven or eight months. It has notes of hay, yellow fruit, cereals and pollen, with good ripeness and 13.5% alcohol. It's still young, a little closed, with a soft palate and a velvety mouthfeel. Some 6,500 bottles were produced. It was bottled in May 2023.
