Color cerezo granate.
Aroma a fruta pasificada. Potente, elegante, tostado, especiado, café.
Sabroso, graso, equilibrio con buena acidez. Retronasal muy persistente.
Ideal como postre digestivo.
Temperatura de servicio 14ºC-15ºC.
2007 > 94 puntos
The 2007 Recóndita Armonía F cannot be called Fondillón because they left the Alicante appellation of origin and the AOC owns the name. So, they use the F letter (pun intended) to designate the wine that wants to replicate the great Fondillón from the 19th century. This is 13% alcohol and has 210 grams of sugar, so it has lower alcohol and more sugar than the young 2018 wine. 2007 was a fresh year, and the wine has a little less alcohol. It keeps the character of carob beans and tree bark with a touch of esparto grass. The palate is velvety, sweet but less than what I expected for the quantity of sugar it has. It's balanced and fresh and has aged harmoniously. This was kept in barrel until it was bottled in 2019.
