Rosa cobrizo.
Notas cítricas, frutillos rojos. Final mineral.
Delicado, fruta persistente.
The NV Rosé Brut Tolérance is composed of 74% Pinot Meunier (plus Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in equal parts) and blends the vintages 2010 and 2009 with a 2008 red wine that gives color and texture. Disgorged in June 2017 with a dosage of three grams per liter (Extra Brut), the Tolérance offers a clear and concentrated yet very delicate bouquet of red fruits. On the palate, this rosé reveals great purity, finesse and elegance, with a firm but fine structure and highly delicate but persistent fruit. This is a great rosé Champagne! Highly recommended. Tasted April 2018.
