Rojo picota con reflejos violáceos.
Aromas a fruta negra, notas herbáceas y minerales.
Agradable, raspón, buena acidez. Final largo y sencillo
Aves, carnes de caza y ternero lechal.
2019 < 92 puntos
The red 2019 Cachicán mixes grapes that previously were not allowed by the appellation of origin, so it was sold without it. It's a characterful field blend of Godello, Doña Blanca, Estaladiña, Mencía, Grao Negro and Garnacha Tintorera with moderate ripeness, 13% alcohol and more floral and elegant aromas than the majority of its siblings but keeping a touch of the rustic and earthy house style. It has abundant tannins that would welcome powerful food. Only 812 bottles were filled in June 2020.
