Pajizo pálido. Limpio.
Aromas a frutas con hueso, albaricoque y flores blancas.
Largo, graso, sabroso.
Añada 2016 < 93 puntos < The flagship white fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for a long time with the lees, so it is released much later than most. The 2016 A Pita Cega is a blend of Albariño, Treixadura and a small percentage of other local white varieties from vines planted in 2007 on decomposed granite soils at 500 meters in altitude. The nose is an explosion of spring flowers and herbs and the textbook river stones and moss, with a captivating sensation of freshness. The palate has a sense of Zen harmony, with pure and sharp flavors, and the finish is long with a faint bitter taste. It feels impressively young and should continue evolving in bottle at a slow pace. 6,500 bottles were filled in December 2019.
